  • Administrate Blackboard Learning System software.
  • Coordinate integration with Student Information System (SIS).
  • Develop model courses for demonstration and testing.
  • Develop web-based and printed tutorials for faculty and students.
  • Design and maintain the institution’s Blackboard support sites (Faculty Support Site; Student Support Site).

Achievements:

  • Launched steaming video service for faculty.
  • Spearheaded upgrade from Blackboard Learning System Basic to Enterprise Edition.
  • Coordinated adoption of third-party building blocks.
